The present general conditions of sale are agreed between Vanessa de Macedo Andrade Pires, tax identification number 190965983 and contact +351 919202759, hereinafter referred to as “Vangloria” and people who wish to make purchases through the website vangloria.pt, hereinafter referred to as “User”.
The parties agree that purchases made through the vangloria.pt website will be regulated exclusively by this contract, excluding any conditions previously available on the website.
CERTIFICATION AND AUTHENTICITY
The Vangloria brand jewels are made in 925 Silver or 925 Silver with 24 Kt Gold plating.
They are certified by the INCM Assay, (https://www.contrastaria.pt/) which checks the legal touch of the pieces. The application of the marks is only mandatory on parts weighing more than 2 grams.
The User can always, in case of doubt about the authenticity of the pieces, resort to the services of the Contrastariates for the purpose of verifying the authenticity of the material.
The User places his order by completing the purchase process presented on the website vangloria.pt, adding the product (s) he wants to order to the shopping basket.
To place your order the User must:
a) Select the product (s) and add them to the shopping cart;
b) Complete the information and choose the options that are made available to you during the order completion process (billing and delivery address, shipping method – if applicable, payment method, as well as the TIN, telephone number and the name that, for tax purposes, you want to appear on the invoice).
The final confirmation of the order by the User is equivalent to full and complete acceptance of the prices and description of the products available for sale as well as these General Conditions of Sale which will be the only ones applicable to the contract thus concluded.
Vangloria will honor orders received online only up to the limit of available stocks. In the absence of product availability, Vangloria undertakes to inform the User as soon as possible.
The data contained in the invoice are the sole responsibility of the User. The invoice once issued cannot be reissued with changes.
Order requests are valid for 5 (five) days, unless the order is registered under a promotional campaign that defines a different term, it is not possible to guarantee prices, discounts, promotions and offers beyond this term. If the payment is not received within that period, the order cannot be validated. Any amount received after this date will be returned or used for a new order.
On the vangloria.pt website, Vangloria provides the User with the following payment methods via Easypay- Instituição de Pagamento Lda:
a) Credit card (Visa, Mastercard)
b) ATM reference
c) Mbway transfer
In the case of payment by credit card, the debit will be made on the User’s card immediately after confirmation of the shipment of the goods. If some products ordered are out of stock, the value of them will be credited to the User’s card, after the order is closed.
Orders are dispatched within 15 working days after ordering, by registered post CTT – Correios de Portugal.
International orders may be subject to customs duties for which Vangloria is not responsible.
Prices must be understood in Euros, with taxes and fees included, taking into account the VAT in force at the time of payment of the order.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
The exchange process is handled on a case-by-case basis by Vangloria. The request must arrive in writing to the contact email email@example.com, with the exchange instructions answered and defined by Vangloria, by the same means of communication.
Exchanges are allowed, up to 30 days after the order is shipped, for parts of equal or greater value, in the second case the missing amount is paid.
Replacement parts must be in sales condition, that is, in the same condition in which they arrived in the User’s hands, without any anomaly or damage, inside the respective box and with the corresponding purchase invoice.
Returns are not accepted.
According to Portuguese law, all parts are guaranteed for two years.
The guarantee does not cover signs of use, the passage of time (natural oxidation of the silver or gradual loss of the gold bath) and visible marks of misuse.
